Annex No. 2 to the Privacy Policy

CONSENT

to receive advertising and informational messages (hereinafter — the “Consent”)

The User, acting voluntarily, of their own will and in their own interest, gives specific, informed and conscious consent for: Individual Entrepreneur Nataliia Viktorovna Pichugova (TIN 13007197650032, OKPO 32852517, registration number 004-2024-169-1874, date of state registration 21 May 2024, registering authority — the State Tax Service Office for the Pervomaisky District of Bishkek, address: 2-ya Cherepki St. 22, Pervomaisky District, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic) (hereinafter — the “Record Owner”, the “Operator”) to send the User advertising and informational messages on the terms set out below.
1. LEGAL BASIS
1.1. This Consent is given in accordance with Article 79 of the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 178 of 31 July 2025 and the advertising legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
1.2. This Consent is separate and is given independently of the consent to the processing of personal data (Annex No. 1). A refusal to receive advertising and informational messages does not affect the User's ability to purchase materials or the performance of a concluded contract.
2. MEANS AND PURPOSES OF MESSAGING
2.1. The Record Owner may send the User advertising and informational messages by the following means:
·       e-mail sent to the User's e-mail address;
·       text (electronic or push) messages via messengers;
·       SMS messages sent over the mobile network to the telephone number provided.
2.2. Purposes of such messages:
·       running advertising and marketing campaigns, prize draws, competitions and surveys;
·       sending special offers for materials and services;
·       newsletters — information on events, new materials and updates to the Site and services;
·       useful tips, recommendations and other informational content;
·       work to improve the quality of service and the usability of the Site;
·       providing other informational (customer) support.
2.3. Sending methods: manual or automated sending, by the Record Owner directly or with the involvement of third parties providing technical delivery of messages under contracts concluded with the Record Owner.
2.4. The Record Owner sends messages in a reasonable volume and in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic as to the time and manner of distributing advertising. Every message sent by e-mail contains an indication of how to opt out of further mailings.
3. GIVING AND WITHDRAWING CONSENT
3.1. The Consent is given by the User ticking a dedicated checkbox under the relevant form on the Site https://tochka-pro.com/. That affirmative action has the legal force of the User's written consent to receive advertising and informational messages and is specific, informed and conscious.
3.2. The User may withdraw the Consent at any time by sending the Record Owner an electronic document to info@tochka-pro.com with the subject line “Withdrawal of consent to receive advertising and informational messages”, or by following the unsubscribe link contained in a message. The Consent ceases to have effect from the moment the withdrawal is received by the Record Owner, and messages will actually stop being sent within no more than 3 (three) business days.
3.3. Withdrawal of this Consent does not stop service (transactional) messages relating to the performance of a concluded contract, in particular payment notifications, notifications of access being granted to materials, and notifications of changes to the terms of service.
3.4. This document is an English translation prepared for the convenience of users. The Consent is drawn up in Russian; in the event of any discrepancy between the English and Russian versions, the Russian version shall prevail.
