Annex No. 3 to the Privacy Policy

COOKIE POLICY

on the processing of cookies (hereinafter — the “Cookie Policy”)

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The Cookie Policy has been drawn up in accordance with Chapter 11 “Processing of Personal Data” (Articles 77–91) of the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 178 of 31 July 2025 and sets out the types and purposes of cookie processing and the procedure for managing, blocking and deleting cookies in relation to the Site https://tochka-pro.com/ owned by Individual Entrepreneur Nataliia Viktorovna Pichugova (hereinafter — the “Record Owner”, the “Operator”).
1.2. Cookies are small pieces of data (including text files) sent by the Site server and stored on the User's device, which the browser sends back to the server when Site pages are requested. Cookies enable the Site to function correctly, remember the User's settings and collect visit statistics.
1.3. Cookies and Site usage data are collected for the purposes of: ensuring the operability and security of the Site, saving user settings, improving the Site's functionality, measuring and analysing traffic, personalising content, configuring and assessing the effectiveness of advertising, promoting the Site on the Internet, and making the Site easier to use.
1.4. The data collected are used only to the extent necessary to achieve those purposes. Some of these data may constitute personal data where they allow the User to be identified directly or indirectly; in that case processing is carried out on the terms of the Privacy Policy.
2. LEGAL BASIS AND OBTAINING CONSENT
2.1. Strictly necessary (technical) cookies are processed on the basis of the Record Owner's legitimate interest in ensuring the operability and security of the Site (Article 79 of the Digital Code of the KR), since the Site cannot function properly without them.
2.2. Analytical, functional and marketing cookies are processed on the basis of the User's consent. To inform the User and obtain such consent, a pop-up notice (banner) on the use of cookies is displayed on the User's first visit to the Site. Consent is expressed by an affirmative action — clicking the relevant button in the banner. Such consent is freely given, specific, informed and conscious (Article 79(2)–(6) of the Digital Code of the KR).
2.3. The User may refuse optional cookies or withdraw consent previously given at any time — through the cookie settings on the Site, through browser settings, or by sending a request to info@tochka-pro.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
3. TYPES AND CATEGORIES OF COOKIES
3.1. By retention period, cookies are divided into session cookies — which operate from the moment the User enters the Site until the browser is closed, after which they are deleted automatically — and persistent cookies, which are stored on the device between browser sessions for a period depending on their purpose.
3.2. By purpose, the following categories of cookies are used on the Site:

For visit statistics the Record Owner uses the Yandex Metrica web analytics service provided by Yandex LLC (PSRN 1027700229193, TIN 7736207543, registered address: 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021, Russian Federation). The service uses the data collected to track and study the use of the Site, prepare reports on its activity and share them with other Yandex services. Information collected: cookies and usage data. 3.4. Data collected by the Yandex Metrica counter (usage data): IP address; URLs of the pages on which visitors begin and end their visit; page referrer; page title; browser and its version; operating system and its version; device and software data; time zone; browser language; information on the geographical distribution of visitors.

3.7. The Record Owner does not use cookies to take decisions in respect of the User producing legal effects based solely on automated processing.
4. THIRD PARTIES AND EMBEDDED CONTENT
4.1. Certain Site functions are provided by third-party services (Yandex Metrica, payment service, mailing service, video hosting services, social networks and messengers). Such services may set their own cookies and independently determine the purposes and means of processing them.
4.2. The User may encounter embedded content or be redirected to third-party sites. The Record Owner does not control the setting of cookies by third-party sites and embedded content, even where the User is redirected from the Site, and recommends that the User review the policies of such resources.
4.3. As Yandex Metrica and certain other third-party services are located outside the Kyrgyz Republic, the processing of data collected through cookies may involve a cross-border transfer on the terms of Article 89 of the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and Section 9 of the Privacy Policy.
5. MANAGING, BLOCKING AND DELETING COOKIES
5.1. The User may restrict the use of cookies or prohibit them entirely. Most browsers provide built-in tools for managing cookies, including managing their retention period and deleting previously stored files; third-party extensions (plug-ins) offer similar options.
5.2. The Record Owner processes data about the User collected through cookies only where this is permitted by the User's browser settings (cookie storage and JavaScript enabled).
5.3. Restricting or disabling cookies may limit the functionality of the Site or prevent it from working correctly, including making it impossible to log in to the personal account and place an order.
5.4. Acquiring a new device, installing or updating a browser, or clearing browser data may also delete previously stored cookies.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1. The Cookie Policy is an annex to the Privacy Policy and applies together with it. Terms not defined in the Cookie Policy have the meaning given to them in the Privacy Policy and the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
6.2. Where the composition or use of cookies changes, the Cookie Policy will be amended accordingly and published on the Site with an indication of the publication date.

6.4. This document is an English translation prepared for the convenience of users. The Cookie Policy is drawn up in Russian; in the event of any discrepancy between the English and Russian versions, the Russian version shall prevail.
